Most stock orders ship within two business days via UPS Ground. Shipments may take up to 5 business days after shipping, to arrive depending on your location.
If you need an order by a specific date please make note of it in the Special Instructions area while checking out or call in the order so an expedited service can be used for shipment.
UPS Next Day, 2 Day or 3 Day Service is available, either by request in the Special Instructions area while checking
out, or calling us at 218-736-7000. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, CST.
Shipping rates are reflected directly from the costs of FedEx Ground shipping charges. Due to oversized items or multiple box shipments, changes may be made in shipping costs without notice prior to shipping.
If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your stock purchase you may return it within 30 days. CUSTOM ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED. When stock items are received, we will credit your account less freight charges and any applicable restocking fee. Items MUST be in like new — resellable condition. All original packaging must be intact and in good condition. Please include a copy of your invoice with the returned items marked. You are responsible for any freight/shipping charges incurred in the original and return shipment. Appropriate charges will be deducted from your refund.

Refused/Incorrect Address Shipments
If an order is shipped as instructed by customer and is refused or cannot be delivered, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges. This charge is typically equal to the original shipping charges. Upon our receipt of the original shipment, a credit will be given for the returned merchandise less those additional shipping charges. If a customer wishes to have the order reshipped to a corrected address, they will be charged shipping costs again.
In the event an order is received with a damaged item, wrongly shipped item or missing item, we reserve the right to either replace the items or issue a credit for the items. In cases of reshipment, as orders are not guaranteed in a timeframe we are only responsible to reship items using the same service in which they were originally sent. Additional charges to expedite reshipments are the customer’s responsibility.
Inventories of items you order online may not be accurate to what is on our shelves. Therefore, an occassional back order is produced. When the back ordered items total less than $10, we may hold the order until it can ship complete. Some back ordered items are obtained directly from the manufacturers and deliveries to us are sometimes unpredictable, however we try to ship all these orders within 2 weeks. Items stay on back order until filled or cancelled by customer. Very occassionally, a handwritten back order will be produced and noted on your invoice. These items will be shipped when available, or refunded if not available in a timely manner.
Credit Card Charge
Yes, your credit card number is secure on our web site. Please note the locked paddle lock in the lower right corner of the secure order form. When items are on back order with us, the card isn’t charged until the order is filled and ready to ship.
Duties and Taxes (International Orders)
International orders will incur additional shipping charges when order ships. Also, International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by your government. KieferAuctionSupply.com does not charge these fees, and we have no control over the amount of the fees. All such fees are your responsibility, and are not included in the shipping charges quoted to you. Please contact your customs office for information about additional fees. If you fail to pay Duties and Taxes on a delivered package, your credit card will automatically be charged these fees plus a $25 fee.
