* Kiefer Auction Supply does not guarantee the shipping services of any 3rd party carrier, such as UPS or USPS. On any issues related to shipping, Kiefer Auction Supply will pass on any refunds limited to the amount reimbursed by the carrier after proper filing of claims. Kiefer Auction Supply is not responsible for any costs related to delay in shipments.
* Most stock orders ship within a couple business days using UPS Ground. In total, shipping may take up to an ESTIMATED 5-10 business days depending on your location. (see UPS Ground chart below)
* EXPEDITED SERVICE: If selecting 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air or Next Day Air, stock orders ship same day if ordered during normal business day and before 2 p.m., otherwise it will ship next business day. Please take note of this if ordering on weekend, order will ship on Monday (if that is not a UPS acknowledged holiday).
* If you need an order by a specific date please make note of it in the Special Instructions Notes area or call in the order so the appropriate service can be used to get your items by your deadline. Kiefer's cannot guarantee delivery dates of ground shipping which is controlled by the shipping company.
* Should there be damaged, lost or delay in shipping of an order, Kiefer Auction Supply is responsible only to resend items using the same shipping service as on original order. For example, if order is sent UPS Ground and product is received damaged, we will reship order UPS Ground. If reshipment is required sooner, the difference in cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
* The map below indicates the estimated transit times for UPS Ground Shipments within the United States from packages shipping from our main location in Fergus Falls, MN.
