We create your sheets to your exact specifications. Standard form is 12 tickets per sheet. Overall sheet size is 8-1/2" x 11" with individual tickets measuring 1-3/4" x 4-1/4". Standard black ink, printing your information on all 3 copies.

Standard production time is 7-10 working days after approval of proof.
