Pre-Numbered Internet Auction Lotting Form - KAS-920

This lotting form is especially suited for commercial auctions of equipment but also good for charity and fundraising auctions. The form has a 3-1/2" tall tear-off stub at the bottom which stays with the item to become the identifier for the item. There is a very bold, prenumbered 2" tall x 5" wide, three digit consecutive number on the bottom of the tear-off "tag". Included is a 1/8" hang hole on the left side to assist in hanging if needed. The remaining 7-1/2" form becomes a working "source document" and a permanent record of the auction lotting process. Plenty of room to field write in the description, specs, photo info, valuation, etc.

The form is designed to eliminate errors and speed up auction lotting in the field. The prenumbering makes for much less error. The bold numbers are designeed to be suitable for digital, slide or standard photography (perfect for internet). There is a write-in block to write in a sale ID code if you are conducting more than one auction at a time and need individual sale identifiers such as A,B,C,D. There is a place on the stub-tag to write in the buyer # after the auction.

The forms are sold in bricks of 100, so you can also start with #1 and run as high as you need to. We can drill holes at the top of the form for use in archboard style clipboards. Carbonless style is available by custom quote.
