Auction Event Volunteer Sign-Up Form (25/pack)

25 count pack - 8.5" x 5.5" forms. The perfect sign up form for volunteers at your initial strategy session. Better than a "sign up sheet" where a pad or clipboard is passed around the room. This can be mailed or handed out with a letter in a school or or church situation, or used in a group meeting setting.
Each form records the volunteer's contact information such as all phone numbers, e-mail and postal mail address. Each volunteer is asked to "rate" the auction committees they would like participate in with a "1, 2, or 3" so you can best match the volunteer's interest level with the work to be done. A great way to get volunteers involved with work they want to do.
Available in multiple parts to allow for the volunteer to keep a copy to remind them of what they volunteered for and for the Team Leaders to follow-up on and communicate with.
